A wine cellar and store room is adjacent.
Full day or half day servicing can be arranged at an extra cost. The housekeeper employed by the owner is available should this be required.
There is a double lock up garage which has a laundry area and deep freezer.
The entrance is completely secure and private with an entrance phone telephone system. There is also a state of the art interior alarm which can be set whilst you are out or at night whilst asleep. The alarm also has exterior beams for your safety. The alarm is linked to an armed response unit based at the entrance to Llandudno.
